Only Shores shows NOAA tide predictions and computed sun times "as is". Predictions are not observations. Weather, storms, river flow and other events change real water levels and times. Do not use this site for navigation or as your only guide to safety at the shore.
You are responsible for your own safety and for following local rules, signs, closures and the instructions of lifeguards and park staff.
Use the site for personal planning. Do not use automated tools to download it in bulk; the site limits requests to keep NOAA's free service fair for everyone.
Prices are shown on the pricing page. While the site is in preview nothing is charged. When payments start, they will be taken by PayPal and these terms will say how cancellation and refunds work.
Only Shores may change or end features. A Shore List not opened for 400 days is deleted.
